Title  An analysis of the mechanical properties of the frame of a mobile detection radar tower
Abstract
Steel-framed high tower is wind-sensitive construction. The interplay between wind and the structure is extremely complicated. Wind load is the main cause of the failure of the towers and causes great loss. Wind load is the primary factor which should be considered in high tower design. In the paper, a 27-meter-high mobile radar tower frame is studied about the dynamic characteristics of the structure.  Taking the spatial correlation of the wind load node into account, the researcher has got an accurate numerical simulation of the construction through the finite element calculation software and analyzed the stress distribution and deformation of the tower under wind pressure and calculated the inherent frequency and vibration modes of the tower in the first five stages, all of which provide a reference for the tower design in real project.

1.1 研究背景
风是建筑物的主要荷载之一，风对结构的作用，尤其是高层建筑，它的影响很大，在结构自振这一项而言，风力对桥梁、高塔的影响也足以导致摧毁性的破坏。风力对结构的影响，一是风的能量对结构的侵入，如果结构承受不住，比如超过了强度理论规定的阈值，结构就会被破坏；二是风的能量虽然不至于摧毁结构，但是它的频率却能与结构的固有频率一致，导致激发结构的自振，这一过程并不缓和，甚至激烈，直到结构的频率因为破坏而变化才停下来，但那时结构也就不是原先之样了。随着结构越来越高，对风振研究也提出了更高的要求 。
