Title   Vibration Analysis of Four Roll Reversing Hot  Rolling Mill
Abstract
Four-roll reversing hot rolling mill of the hot-rolled coil plant structure is relatively complex, we have been found that after the work roll is less than 640 mm, the mill cause abnormal vibration and the work roll can't use normal , caused a mass of waste. The vibration is suspected to be caused by deformation of roll supporting roller bearing caused by contact, it is possible that the vibration frequency of the change. To study the vibration characteristics of rolling mill systems.
