Abstract
With the rotor dynamics and the industrial technology rapid development,Rubbing phenomenon between the shaft system for The influence of mechanical operation has gradually appear,Rubbing rotor system dynamic characteristics is also become one of the research topic to the rotor dynamics.
This article  use of coulomb friction model to describe torque and friction force,and adopted to Lagrange equation establish a vibration differential equation of rubbing rotor system for the eccentric Jeffcott rotor in the quality of rigid support on both ends.Then get to solve the vibration equation of analytical solutions,and by computer simulation with Matlab to given the results of numerical simulation.Analysis of eccentric mass and speed on the influence of rubbing rotor system dynamics characteristics,analysis shows that Working under the low frequency of the rotor will be stir the Integer times frequency components,and multiple frequency components significantly reduced as the speed increases;And affect more obvious to the rubbing rotor system vibration characteristics is eccentric mass,The complexity of the rotor motion increases with the increase of eccentric mass.
