摘要:γ-癸内酯是香料工业应用广泛的一种调香原料。近年来,随着消费者对天然香料的需求与日俱增,生物转化法生产GDL的研究越来越受到各国学者及香料生产企业的重视。微生物发酵获得的产物更为天然、安全,且满足广大消费者的心理需求,已经成为未来天然香料生产的发展趋势。
毕业论文主要讨论了几种溶剂乙醇,甲苯, SDS, CTAB,TritonX-100对面包酵母产γ-癸内酯的影响。通过对不同溶剂进行筛选,最终确定了TritonX-100为最佳溶剂,并对其浓度,处理时间,温度以及酵母菌洗涤的次数进行了优化优化,确定了最优处理方法是:TritonX-100浓度为50g/L,处理时间10min,处理温度15℃,洗涤次数2次。在此条件下,面包酵母培养48h后,GDL的发酵产量达到2476.5mg/L。20610

Influence of several organic solvents on the synthesis of γ- decalactone by baker's yeast
Abstract:γ-decalactone is widely used as Perfumery raw materials for industrial applications. In recent years, with the growing consumer demands for natural spices, biotransformation studies gained more and more attentions from various countries and spices manufacturers. The products obtained by microbial fermentation are more natural and safe, and meet the psychological needs of consumers. It has become the development trend of the future production of natural spices.
This paper discussed the influences of several solvents such as ethanol, toluene, SDS, CTAB, TritonX-100 on the γ- decalactone’s producing by baker's yeast. By screening different solvents, the best solvent determined ultimately was TritonX-100, and its concentration, the processing time, temperature and the washing times of the yeast were optimized.The optimal approach was as follows: TritonX-100 concentration was 50g/L, the processing time was 10min, treatment temperature was 10 ℃, washed twice.
