摘要冬凌草甲素是一种有效的抗肿瘤药物,由于其水溶性较差等原因,使其应用受到限制。脂质体作为一种新型给药方式,成功的解除冬凌草甲素在应用上的限制,促进其在抗肿瘤作用上的发展,而叶酸受体能够使得脂质体具有主动地靶向性,制备的脂质体微气泡在超声的作用下能够促进包覆药物的释放,均使给药效率提高。本文制备了几种脂质体,即含或不含高分子材料FA-PEG2000-Chol、含或不含CO2和含或不含冬凌草甲素等脂质体,并测定各型脂质体的包封率及释放度,探索冬凌草甲素以脂质体作为药物载体的可行性,并探讨FA-PEG2000-Chol、CO2和超声对包封率和释放度的影响。22521

Title  Construction of Folate Receptor-Mediated Liposome Microbubbles Coated With Oridonin And Research On Related Characteristics
Abstract 
Oridonin is an effective anticancer drug, because of its poor water solubility and other reasons, its application is limited. Liposomes as a new route of drug delivery, have successfully removed the restrictions on oridonin application and promote its development on anticancer effect. Folate receptor can lead Liposome Microbubbles to have an active targeting. Ultrasound can promote the release effect of the drug coated in the liposome microbubbles. Efficiency were both increased. In this experiment, several types of lipsome microbubbles had been prepared. That is, whether containing the polymer material FA-PEG2000-Chol, whether containing CO2 and whether containing oridonin,and all of the encapsulation efficiency and release percents had been measured to grope for the feasibility of liposome microbubbles used as drug carriers for oridonin.
