金属酞菁磁性催化剂的制备及其在烯烃环氧化反应中的应用

摘要:直接使用氧气使烯烃发生环氧化反应是较为困难的,因此选择合适的催化剂成为了环氧化反应的关键。金属离子-酞菁配体具有独特的催化活性,在温和的条件下就能催化氧化各类有机反应,本文选用金属酞菁作催化剂,并将其用于α-甲基苯乙烯的催化环氧化反应。32571
金属酞菁的负载化主要是指金属酞菁化合物依靠物理吸附方式分散在载体的内外表面。将酞菁金属化合物负载于适宜的载体上,将会提高酞菁金属化合物的抗氧化能力,从而实现酞菁金属的高度分散及减少酞菁金属的流失。
而本课题主要研究的内容是把磁性纳米颗粒负载在金属酞菁之上,在提高其催化作用的同时也使之具有磁性,能被磁铁分离并回收从而达到反复利用的目的,成为一种新型的绿色催化剂。
实验中在不同的反应条件包括反应时间、反应温度和其他条件下α-甲基苯乙烯的环氧化能力被详细地研究了而且产物也用核磁光谱进行了表征。此外,在较高的反应温度和较长的反应时间下,发生副反应的可能性也随之增加。
本文探索α-甲基苯乙烯的环氧化反应,考察金属酞菁磁性催化剂的性能,对该反应的影响因素进行了讨论,得出最佳的反应条件为:反应温度20℃,反应时间6h,催化剂用量0.05g,异丁醛用量4.0g,此时龙葵醛达到最高产率85.14%。

Preparation and Application of Magnetic Metal Phthalocyanine Catalyst in Olefin Epoxidation Reactions
Abstract:
It is difficult to form olefin epoxidation reactions directly using oxygen. Therefore, it is a key to select suitable catalysts in the epoxidation reaction. Metal ion phthalocyanine ligand has a unique catalytic activity and can catalyze the oxidation of all kinds of organic reactions under mild conditions. In this paper the metal phthalocyanine was selected as the catalyst. It was used for the α- methylstyrene with molecular oxygen.

Metal phthalocyanine load of mainly refers to the metal phthalocyanine compound dispersed rely on physical adsorption in the inner and outer surface of the carrier. The metal phthalocyanine compound supported on a suitable carrier, will increase the antioxidant capacity of the metal phthalocyanine compound, to achieve highly dispersed and to reduce the loss of the metal phthalocyanine.
The main content of this study is to magnetic nanoparticles supported on metal phthalocyanine, in improving its catalytic also make magnetic, the magnet can be separated and recovered in order to achieve the purpose of repeated use, and become a new green catalyst.
Experiments under different reaction conditions include reaction time, temperature and other conditions α- methyl styrene epoxidation ability is studied in detail and the product is also used nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In addition, at higher reaction temperatures and longer reaction times, the possibility of side reactions increases.
In order to explore the epoxidation reaction of α- methylstyrene, to investigate the catalysts properties, and to discuss the reaction factor. The optimum condition was obtained with 20℃, time 6h, amount of catalyst is 0.05g and the amount of isobutyraldehyde is 4.0g., under these conditions, the highest yield of hydratropic aldehyd is 85.14%.
