摘要:这么多年以来,独立旋转车轮转向架纵向耦合都是铁路上一个重要的研究方向。我们需要通过建立独立车轮转向架整车模型,基于数值仿真对独立旋转车轮转向架和采用了纵向耦合的独立旋转车轮转向架的导向性能进行分析比较。仿真结果表明纵向耦合独立车轮轮对具有直线上的对中性能和曲线导向性能,其他曲线通过性能指标也较好,改善了全独立旋转车轮转向架的缺点。可见纵向耦合的独立旋转车轮转向架具有良好的导向能力。本毕业论文主要做了如下的工作:了解独立车轮转向架和纵向耦合独立车轮转向架各自的特点,以及它们各自的发展历程。研究独立旋转车轮转向架以及纵向耦合独立车轮转向架的导向性能机理。通过多体动力学系统建模软件SIMPACK,建立独立旋转车轮转向架整车模型和纵向耦合独立旋转车轮转向架整车模型。并通过SIMPACK软件模拟两模型在直线行驶和通过曲线时的导向性能,输出图像与理论结论进行对比,确定仿真的正确性。14209

Independent Wheel Bogie Longitudinal Coupling Guide Simulation
Abstract:Over the years, coupled longitudinally independently rotating wheel bogie are an important research direction on the railway. We need to establish an independent wheel bogie vehicle model, For independently rotating wheel bogies and used independently rotating wheel coupled bogie based on numerical simulation ,longitudinal guiding performance were analyzed and compared. The simulation results show that the longitudinal coupling independent wheel having on performance and performance-oriented curve on the line, other better curve through performance, improving the shortcomings of the whole independently rotating wheel bogie. Visibly, independently rotating wheel Longitudinal coupled bogie has a good ability to guide. This paper has done the following work: Learning their own characteristics on independent wheel bogie and independent longitudinal coupling wheel bogie, as well as their respective history. Studying independently rotating wheel bogie longitudinal coupling mechanism and performance-oriented independent wheel bogie. Establishing independently rotating wheel bogie vehicle model and longitudinal coupling bogie with independently rotating wheel vehicle model by multi-body dynamics system modeling software SIMPACK. Two model defines the same track and incentives, at the same time simulation, simulating two model oriented performance when traveling straight track and going through curves by SIMPACK software, the output image with the theoretical conclusions are compared to determine the correctness of the simulation and analyze the future research direction.
