## ANSYS柱体超声波电机激励方式的研究

Title    Study of Cylinder USM´s Excited Mode
Abstract
Ultrasonic Motor (abbreviated USM) is a new motor，which is different from conventional electro-magnetic motors. The mechanical vibration is generated by the inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material. The mechanical energy is transmitted from therotor to the stator by friction coupling, while produce a rotating, stretching, swinging and other different types of exercise.
This paper introduced the principle of ultrasonic motor drive and cylindrical USM structure at start, then materials, analysed the movement mode of the particles on stator top. The methods to excite ultrasonic motor include two-piece-one-group and four-piece-two-group. Each method of the two is modeled. Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are haven to get the motion state data of particles on stator top. We compare the pros and cons of the two methods by comparing amplitude and uniformity of these particles and choose better one.
