Title  The data reconciliation constraint model of heat exchanger network based on MATLAB
Abstract
Measurements of chemical process, referring to the material flow rate, composition, temperature, pressure and phase separation rate. In general, the measured value is difficult to precisely meet certain inherent physical and chemical laws of chemical process. For example, to calculate the relationship between the chemical reaction, the material and energy balances, etc. In this paper, the heat exchanger network for an object, for random error actually exists and significant error,establish a network of measuring heat flow and energy constraint matrix, and data reconciliation. In the presence of heat exchanger networks separator, heat exchanger and mixer three types of devices,for these three different means, determine the material balance of each device and the energy balance, by linearization method, the nonlinear constrained problem into linear problem, and lists the matrix for data reconciliation.
