摘要随着化石能源枯竭、环境污染严重、对电网安全可靠性要求的日益提高等问题的出现和加剧,分布式发电技术作为一个可行的技术日益受到人们的关注和重视。我们经常将分布式能源、负载和储能单元结合在一起组成微电网运行,有效地解决了不可控分布式电源并网运行的问题。33876
微电网能否得到大力推广的关键因素之一是微电网能否经济运行,论文以包含光伏发电、风能发电、燃料电池、微型燃气轮机和蓄电池的微电网模型为研究对象,利用动态规划法分别计算出运行费用最低、环境效益最大、综合效益最大时各发电单元的出力情况,并研究了优化目标、运行方式、政策、可再生能源竞争力、热负荷等因素对调度结果的影响。通过对几个算例的分析,模型和算法的有效性得到了验证。

Title    Research on Optimal Energy Scheduling and  Algorithm for Micro grids                       
Abstract
With the increasing fossil energy depletion, environmental pollution and increasing security and reliability requirements for grids, many attentions are paid to distributed generation. We often combine distributed energy resources, load and energy storage units to form a micro grid , in which way we can solve the problem of the uncontrollable distributed generations when they are interconnected with grid.
Economic operation is one of the important factors whether Micro grids can participate in marketing competition. Based on a micro grid model which includes photo-voltaic power generation, wind power, fuel cells, micro turbines and batteries, a dynamic programming method has been used to solve these models for minimum operating cost , best environmental benefits and maximum comprehensive benefits in this paper. A multi-objective energy optimization scheduling model is established to find out how optimal objectives, operation modes of Micro grids, marketing polices, the competitiveness of renewable resources, and heat load affect the energy optimal scheduling results.
