## 基于ANSYS的环形行波型超声波电机分析

Title    Analysis of ring traveling wave type ultrasonic motor based on ANSYS
Abstract
As a new type of motor,USM is a typical example of the progress of science and technology,and it is also the product of multidisciplinary interaction, multi filed cross.Compared with the traditional electromagnetic motor,it works on breaking the traditional electromagnetic mechanism and uses the piezoeletric effect to work,its structure also contains no poles and winding,itself has a high torque, low noise,fast response and adaptability,and other advantages.So it is widely used in aerospace，precis positioning,medical equipment and other fields,it has broad application prospects.However,due to the relatively short history of the development of ultrasonic motor,both in the theoretical model,or there are some problems in the practical application process,we need to make more in-depth study of it.

In this paper,the ring traveling wave type ultrasonic motor is the research object,firstly,the development,classification,application and research status of ultrasonic motor are introduced,and
this paper analyzes its structure and operation principle,then in the ANSYS,the ring traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with the diameter of 60mm is modeled, and the modal analysis of its stator and rotor is carried out,finally,the working mode should be selected.

1  引言
