## MATLAB中空超声波电机的阻频特性计算

Title    The calculation of the hollow ultrasonic motor’s frequency and impendence characteristic
Abstract
Nowadays, ultrasonic motor in our life plays a more and more important role, at the same time and the ultrasonic motor attaches great importance to the extent and depth of research is deepened. Ultrasonic motor is a new type of motor, traditional motor generally to transmit energy by electromagnetic induction, and the ultrasonic motor is produced by piezoelectric ceramic piezoelectric effect, by the vibration of the stator on particle or friction drive the movement of the rotor. Due to the domestic research on ultrasonic motor started late, development time is short, at the same time for the research of ultrasonic is not entirely to the application level, so for ultrasonic motor has a lot of research and development space.

In this article, firstly, mainly introduced the development history of ultrasonic motor and the domestic and foreign development present situation of the ultrasonic motor and the simple classification of the ultrasonic motor. Then it carried on the piezoelectric effect and the principle of ultrasonic motor are introduced. In addition to this, by using the method of finite element analysis for hollow ultrasonic motor to do the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. Finally, use MATLAB to analyze the simulation results, at the same time to obtain the curve of the impedance and frequency characteristics. The last is a summary of full text.
