摘要近年来,煤炭爆炸事故在全国各地区屡有发生,社会和人民的财产安全受到了非常大的威胁和挑战,造成这一系列问题的根本原因多是因为采煤装置的不跟新和落后的技术,国内采煤企业大多采用落后的人工作业方式。时代在进步,科技也在进步。自动化的采煤机渐渐被大家所关注,正在逐步的取代原始的人工作业,采煤机端头站作为其中的控制装置又占据着至关重要的地位,因此,一个操作便捷,稳定,易上手,能自动排除故障的端头站一定会受到社会各界的关注,所以,本文的宗旨就是设计一个这样特点的采煤机端头站。39655
一个成熟的采煤机端头站,必须具备完整的控制系统,本文设计的端头站将其控制系统分为五个模块:控制模块,Input模块,Output动作模块,显示模块和电源模块。其中设计控制系统模块,将采用STM32F103C8T6单片机作为主控制器,STM32F103C8T6作为嵌入式-微控制器,同时内置的高速存储器,处理输入的信号将会特别稳定;在Input模块部分,继续采用单片机STM32F103C8T6作为输入部分的核心,同时配合光电耦合器6N137为电路提供稳定的抗干扰功能,使用CAN总线收发器PCA82C250作为输入模块的传输设备,可以确保其与端头站主控制器之间数据传输的稳定性;Otput动作模块采用超小型大功率继电器(T73)来控制,稳定性可靠,安全高效的控制机械动作部分;显示模块,采用发光二接管和工业字符型液晶1602二者结合显示的方法;电源模块部分:用稳压芯片将交流电稳压到5.00V直流电给电源供电,接着使用芯片AMS1117稳压到3.30V给芯片供电。最后,编写与硬件电路配套的软件程序。 源¥自%六:维;论-文'网=www.lwfree.cn
